Jason
Property Manager & Marketing Representative
Jason started at Rockwood Lane as the Assistant Property Manager in 2008. Managing the front office and working as a member of the Rockwood sales team for 7 years Jason took the position of Marketing Representative for Rockwood Lane in 2016. As the Marketing Representative, Jason's responsibilities included working with advertisers and the marketing of Rockwood as well as overseeing all sales at Rockwood. In the early spring of 2019, Jason accepted the position of Property Manager for Rockwood Lane and he thoroughly enjoys working with and for the residents of Rockwood Lane. When not spending time with his wife and their 3 children Jason can be found either on the golf course or on a nearby lake fishing.
Gaila
Assistant Property Manager
Gaila joined the Rockwood Lane team as Assistant Property Manager in May 2023. She was previously a Counselor and Office Manager for 17 years. She enjoys working alongside Rockwood's wonderful team and enjoys all the residents she has gotten to know since coming to work at Rockwood Lane. Gaila likes learning new subjects, she has done extensive studies on what makes the mind work, decisions people make and why, and the human condition. She loves being with her family and friends. Overall grateful to be, and grateful to be working at Rockwood Lane.
Linda
Social Service Coordinator & Activity Director
Linda serves a dual role at RWL, providing social service resources to residents and planning a wide variety of resident activities. "I have landed my dream career here at Rockwood Lane!" exclaims Linda, who previously spent 14 years as an educator. Linda has three daughters and two sons and enjoys spending time with grandchildren when she is not exploring new ventures for the RWL residents. She says, "It's great to be here among wonderful people."
Jason Y.
Chef Manager
Jason began his love for food at a young age helping his mom in the garden and kitchen canning vegetables and making jams and jellies. He has cooked professionally for over 30 years at some of Spokane’s finest restaurants and hotels. In his free time Jason loves to ride bicycles, play the guitar, and read fantasy and crime novels. He can also be seen on the Spokane stages as an actor and has appeared in over 20 stage productions and dozens of short films. Jason started at Rockwood Lanes in 2021 and hopes to continue providing great meals for the wonderful residents for many years to come.
Asia
Housekeeping Lead
As Rockwood’s head of housekeeping Asia makes sure that everything is comfortable and clean for residents and their guests. She always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face!
Alex
Lead Maintenance
Alex has a strong background in the construction and maintenance field starting in 2002 as a Carpet installer moving to general construction in 2004 building single-family homes from foundations to the finished work. In 2010 he started as building maintenance for a Spokane company, before taking a Job with Rockwood Lane in early 2019. Alex has a can-do approach to any problem, relying on his experience and unique way of looking at things he is able to tackle any task large or small.
Robert
Maintenance Technician
Robert joined the Rockwood Lane team as grounds keeper in November 2019. Robert moved into his new role as a maintenance Technician in 2020. Robert is originally from southern California where he worked as dockhand for big bear marina. He enjoys working alongside the Rockwood Lane staff and residents. With his upbeat attitude he is always willing to help where he can.
David
Groundskeeper
David joined the Rockwood Lane team in February of 2021 as Grounds Keeper. David is a Spokane native resident. David enjoys working outside and with his hands and is always looking to learn new tasks. When he is not at work , you can find David out fishing one of the many local lakes and rivers with his daughter.
